On February 7, 2025, Rep. Luna highlighted an executive order that mandates the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi, in coordination with National Security Advisor Michael Waltz and White House Counsel David Warrington to develop a plan for the President within fifteen days. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. within 45 days."
