Anna Paulina Luna, currently serving as the U.S. Congress representative for Florida's 13th district, shared her views and actions on recent developments through a series of tweets. Luna succeeded Charlie Crist in 2023 and has been an advocate for transparency in government and various legislative matters.

On April 9, 2025, Luna expressed gratitude towards the members of the Declassification Task Force and House Oversight Committee for their roles in holding a hearing regarding the JFK files. Luna stated, "Our investigation concludes that the recent file drop unveiled several previously hidden docs that will help reshape the historical narrative on this devastating".

On April 10, 2025, Luna tweeted about her support for the ‘No Rogue Rulings Act,’ which was passed by the House GOP. In her post, she affirmed her backing by stating, "Tonight I voted YES on the ‘No Rogue Rulings Act’—which was passed by @HouseGOP. This guts the power of unelected, partisan judges from blocking President Trump’s America First agenda with tyrannical injunctions. The people’s voice matters, NOT judicial overreach ".

Also on April 10, 2025, Luna announced her co-sponsorship of a bill concerning the allocation of American tax dollars. She stated, "America should not be sending American tax dollars to terrorists who chant “Death to America!” Proud to co-sponsored this common sense legislation by @timburchett!".
