On March 19, Rep. Luna expressed her perspective on the judiciary by stating: "America is a Republic, not a dictatorship of the judiciary. It's time to get rid of the political activists masquerading as judges and re-establish proper separation of powers." She further announced her intention to join colleagues in impeaching what she termed as "activist" judges.
In another tweet on the same day, Rep. Luna acknowledged the efforts of Director Ratcliffe regarding JFK document declassification: "An unsung hero of the JFK Declassification effort has been @_CIADirector Many people don’t know that Director Ratcliffe has played an instrumental role in this process to establish transparency with the American people." She thanked Director Ratcliffe for his service.
