On Sept. 27, Pamela Chavez sold their home at 4001 58th St. 5S, Kenneth City to Jennifer Woodward for $55,000.

So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Kenneth City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marc H. Resetarits, 60, was the only registered voter residing at 4001 58th St. 5S as of Oct. 10, 2020.
