St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
The doorways and hallways of Walter Fuller Recreation Center were decorated by Before & After School campers to celebrate Black History Month! Campers creatively combined words of wisdom and inspiration from Black trailblazers with the theme of love in honor of Valentine's Day.
The project gave campers an opportunity to learn while expressing their creativity.
