St. Petersburg Police Department issued the following announcement on Sep. 10.
Missing/Endangered Man
Have you seen 72 year old Emmanuel Miller?
He left his home near 13 Ave. North and 58th St. on foot , Friday, at noon. He was wearing white sweatpants with a black stripe down the side.
He walks with a cane and may be confused.
