Madeira Beach home prices rose in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Madeira Beach rose by $170,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $680,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $510,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Madeira Beach in January 2021.
