Largo median home prices rose by 52.9% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Largo rose by $95,100 while total sales decreased by 48.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 52.9% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Largo in January 2021.
