December 2021: Home prices in Indian Shores increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Indian Shores rose by $492,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $877,500 - a 127.9% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Indian Shores in December 2020.
