Home prices increased in St Petersburg during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in St Petersburg rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 36.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 44.4% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in St Petersburg in December 2020.

The median sales tax in St Petersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,746, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
