The second half of 2021: Home prices in Redington Beach increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Redington Beach rose by $148,500 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $830,000 - a 21.8% increase over the $681,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Redington Beach in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Redington Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,546, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
