Median home prices in Indian Shores rose to $525,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Indian Shores rose by $173,500 while total sales increased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 49.4% increase over the $351,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Indian Shores in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Indian Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,053, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
