The second half of 2021: Largo experienced a 23.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Largo rose by $57,000 while total sales increased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 165 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,500 - a 23.5% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 156 homes sold in Largo in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Largo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,518, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
