Median home prices in Indian Shores rose to $520,000 in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Indian Shores rose by $154,000 while total sales increased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 42.1% increase over the $366,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Indian Shores in 2020.

The median sales tax in Indian Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,053, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for 2021.
