Home prices increased in Seminole during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Seminole rose by $39,350 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 276 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $240,650 median sale price for the previous year. There were 290 homes sold in Seminole in 2020.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,816, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2021.
