The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Madeira Beach increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Madeira Beach rose by $232,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 44.9% increase over the $517,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Madeira Beach in the fourth quarter of 2020.
