Redington Beach home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Redington Beach fell by $16,950 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $748,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $764,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Redington Beach in the fourth quarter of 2020.
