The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in N Redington Beach fell by $81,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $611,500 - a 11.7% decrease over the $692,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in N Redington Beach in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
