Home prices increased in Seminole during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Seminole rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 30.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 23.5% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Seminole in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,816, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
