Coral or Not Coral?
There are over 50 species of stony corals that make up Florida's Coral Reef. There are also lots of other “not coral” animals connected to the seafloor that may look like coral, but don't secrete a rigid skeleton made of calcium carbonate, the important building structure of our reef.
Can you tell them apart?
