Indian Shores home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Indian Shores rose by $153,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $506,500 - a 43.5% increase over the $353,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Indian Shores in November 2020.
