Seminole median home prices rose by 10.2% in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Seminole rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 51.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Seminole in November 2020.
