October 2021: Home prices in Madeira Beach increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Madeira Beach rose by $100,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Madeira Beach in October 2020, as well.
