Seminole median home prices rose by 46.7% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Seminole rose by $104,550 while total sales decreased by 44.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,550 - a 46.7% increase over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Seminole in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,816, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
