The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Redington Beach increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Redington Beach rose by $531,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,121,500 - a 90.1% increase over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Redington Beach in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Redington Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,546, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
