Median home prices in Indian Shores rose to $480,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Indian Shores rose by $161,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 50.5% increase over the $319,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Indian Shores in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Indian Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,053, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
