The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Pinellas Park increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Pinellas Park rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Pinellas Park in the third quarter of 2020.
