Madeira Beach home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Madeira Beach rose by $456,900 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $821,900 - a 125.2% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Madeira Beach in September 2020.
