Rising home prices in Seminole in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Seminole rose by $85,100 while total sales decreased by 24.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 35.5% increase over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Seminole in September 2020.
