April 2021: Home prices in Madeira Beach increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Madeira Beach rose by $162,300 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $610,000 - a 36.3% increase over the $447,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Madeira Beach in April 2020.
