St Petersburg home prices rose in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in St Petersburg rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 122 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 6.5% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in St Petersburg in April 2020.

The median sales tax in St Petersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,746, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
