Seminole median home prices rose by 11.4% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Seminole rose by $21,400 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,500 - a 11.4% increase over the $187,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Seminole in April 2020.
