Indian Rocks Beach median home prices fell by 10.8% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Indian Rocks Beach fell by $64,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $531,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $595,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Indian Rocks Beach in the first quarter of 2020.
