Rising home prices in St Petersburg in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in St Petersburg rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 39.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in St Petersburg in March 2020.
