Indian Shores median home prices rose by 13.3% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Indian Shores rose by $47,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $357,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Indian Shores in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Indian Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,053, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
