Home prices increased in Seminole during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Seminole rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Seminole in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,816, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
