January 2021: Home prices in Indian Shores fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Indian Shores fell by $59,200 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,300 - a 10.9% decrease over the $541,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Indian Shores in January 2020.
