Seminole median home prices fell by 3.6% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Seminole fell by $9,750 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 3.6% decrease over the $268,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Seminole in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,816, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
