Indian Shores median home prices fell by 6.9% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Indian Shores fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Indian Shores in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Indian Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,053, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
