Median home prices in Seminole rose to $283,000 in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Seminole rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 86.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Seminole in December 2019.
