December 2020: St Petersburg experienced a 13.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in St Petersburg rose by $28,200 while total sales decreased by 84.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,200 - a 13.6% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 660 homes sold in St Petersburg in December 2019.
