Median home prices in Indian Shores fell to $363,000 in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Indian Shores fell by $56,000 while total sales decreased by 78.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,000 - a 13.4% decrease over the $419,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 158 homes sold in Indian Shores in 2019.
