Home prices increased in Seminole during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Seminole rose by $15,100 while total sales decreased by 80.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 288 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $224,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,458 homes sold in Seminole in 2019.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,816, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for 2020.
