Redington Beach home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Redington Beach rose by $89,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $681,500 - a 15% increase over the $592,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Redington Beach in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Redington Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,546, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
