Madeira Beach median home prices fell by 16.5% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Madeira Beach fell by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 70.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 16.5% decrease over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Madeira Beach in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Madeira Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,652, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
