Median home prices in Indian Shores fell to $375,500 in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Indian Shores fell by $125,600 while total sales decreased by 76.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,500 - a 25.1% decrease over the $501,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Indian Shores in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Indian Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,053, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
