The fourth quarter of 2020: Seminole experienced a 8.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Seminole rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 79.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $234,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 351 homes sold in Seminole in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Seminole for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,816, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
