Pricing for the median home in Largo increased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Largo rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 83.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 13.4% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 440 homes sold in Largo in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Largo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,518, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
