St Petersburg home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in St Petersburg rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 83.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 23.8% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 583 homes sold in St Petersburg in November 2019.
