INDIAN SHORE: Proclamation Extending the Town of Indian Shores Local State of Emergency August 7, 2020

Indian Shore issued the following announcement on Aug. 7

Pursuant to Chapter 26-72 of the Town's Code of Ordinances, Town of Indian Shores Resolution 04-2020, and Chapter 252, Florida Statutes, a "State of Emergency" continues to exist in the Town of Indian Shores.

The latest Town of Indian Shores Local State of Emergency Proclamation that included provisions for entry into the Indian Shores Town Hall is renewed and remains in effect and expires on Friday, August 14, 2020..  Click here to view the Proclamation.
